No it's not it's a Belgian show where they take shows that used to be on Tv and put people in them who do totally redicilous things. (Like an ex-criminal trying to explain how he would brake in to your house and he keeps saying 'BOOM then your dead' every time he shows something unsafe')

thats fucked up. Their tryin to talk about the disability that the wife has and the reporter laughs and the husbands "manly voice" LOL!!!! And then laughs and the man in the audience for his deep voice. Fucked up but at the same time rediculously FUNNY!!!!

you're aware that some people have the same name? ^^ and as so many people already wrote, the erik hartman is this clip is a fictitious character and is played by tom van dyck.

he's going down in history as a great actor, not a failure. this is acted ;) tom van dyck (plays the interviewer) and the other people in this are belgian comedians.
