you're right, he was suppose to make an album after his victory on star search but he got vocal paralysis, he auditioned for AI and he grabbed a HUGE fanbase (55% of the votes were personally for him, while the other 45% was for the other top 23 contestants), i've noticed that Archie has the biggest promotion this season and is the most 'popular', who knows? I think Archie would triumph which again im sad knowing that there are lots of better talents like cook and my girl, carly over here.

Archuleta was the person that Sony/BMG wanted to sign from the beginning (likely before he auditioned) and they had songwriters, songs and everything arranged for his debut album months before "the competition" was over. Cook's win is just a side bet for the label, I suspect the lion's share of the money will be expended on Archie. The show is, essentially, a multi-month promotional campaign/commercial for the chosen people with the goal being to convince America that it chose its "Idol".

probably bcoz his song is catchy than cook's rock-ballad type of song but i love carly than either of the davids. she was the best, i cant believe she didn't win...grrr..way to get it wrong america!

David Archuleta is getting lots of airplay on the Radio Disney network, so there may be some truth in this. Offhand, I can't think of too many other Idol contestants that are as Disney friendly.

For you guys who were annoyed by tiffanylove01, just ignore her cuz shes very morbid girl/boy/gay/les who likes leaving nasty comments and being loathed by every good ppl with a passion!She does it too on many other videos, so just skip her!Feel sorry for her and heartily hope she'll get her fucking life better!
