In this regard Jane Jacob's insights as to where good technologies can originate and have originated might be helpful. I guess the concept that they have to come out of the big labs is more bureaucratic and elitist oriented than science based.

A home demo of why you think the tweel doesn't work isn't credible. If your ideas were so sound and usable you would be designing in a lab with a tire company, not posting poor quality videos on youtube. |
