can anybody send me a message of info on how you would go about creating your own custom sounds on the dx7. i mean if i were going to create my own rhodes sound for it?

the same sounds that were in killer klows from outerspace, i remember it was all done with a dx7

It's great that you redid this demo with a much higher quality sound and the DX7 audio output plugged to your sound card.This show how dual and layer modes can add a lot to FM sounds, especially pads and brasses. You also chose your patches carefully for this particular demo (I can recognize almost all of them). This is almost no surprise for me that a DX7 mkII can approach a PPG sound.This is that mastered correctly, a DX can do almost anything.
