Renowned Lebanese composer, oud virtuoso and singer Marcel Khalife was granted the Medal of Intellectual Achievement by Morocco's King Mohammed on Wednesday (July 30) in a ceremony at the Palace in the spiritual city of Fez in central Morocco. Marcel Khalife is a man who has display tremendous passion for his country, his music, his cause and overall human justice. A great artist, and patriotic activist! One of very few characters that have been so influential in the lives of so many Lebanese!

marcel is agreat man who with his music and song brings pride an conscicence to his people. i am not arab, but can appreciate that gift which he gives. bravo.
