There is a song that is called "Western" by Ataque77 (an Argentinian rock band) and is about Dr. Favaloro. It says "in this movie,good guys have to die".Argentina is a country of broken dreams.

What an irony, he shot himslef in the heart.He had a big heart, he did much for his nation and for this world,he will always be remembered as the great man he was. Rest in peace Doctor Favaloro,descance en paz..Thank you for posting this and honoring his memory.
