And in which court of which ulema were these men convicted? Notice that several of them were severely beaten and terrorized with gunfire prior to being detained. The Jaish vigilantes would be excellent Guantanamo interrogators.

completely fair punishment. Alcohol is a sinful drink that is najjis and makes your prayers void for 40 days with one drink. It is forbidden in Islam. So don't bring it in or you will deal with the Mahdi Army! Alahumma sale ala Muhammad Wa Ale Muhammad, Wa ajjel farajahom.

its time for the USA, UK and the world to smell this Iraqi government. They are rotten to the core. They are worse than Saddam. They dont care about the people of Iraq all they are concerened about is their world of backwardness and evil intent to slide Iraq into more misery, death and destruction. Finally Remember the Prophet Mohammad whe he said ' You have your religion and I have Mine ' ; Live and Let live. If Drinking is wrong then let the individual pay the penalty. Its a free world.

There is an old story of a man walking through the desert , he spots something in the sand . He thinks it might be a jewel. Picks it up , doesnt look like a jewel throws it down. Then he has doubts, picks it up and it still doesnt look like a jewel. he keeps trying this to convince himself... In the end he picks it up and breaks it , the SMELL .. it was a camel dropping (SAWNA). The Iraqi government is this Sawna otherwise people like the Mahdi militia will not be in baghdad spreading terror .
