depends on what you mean by "work".. It's IMPOSSIBLE to create more energy out of hydrogen in respect to what you put in (electricity). Hydrogen is just a energy bearer, its not "energy" itself.. So you could say that Hydrogen are "transporting" the electricity but with an efficency of around 50% only.. You put in 1kW and you get out 0,5kW from the hydrogen, but you also have losses in the fuel cell or the engine that burns the H2. combustion its maybe around 0,25kW out or lower?....

Baloney. He can't produce more hydrogen worth of energy than it consumes. That would be violating thermodynamic laws.

So what is nuclear power if apparently coming from nothing - this is just a different way of converting energy from the matter around us and if that turns out to be water instead of uranium, we might just all sleep a bit better at night. No one ever said it comes from nothing but matter itself has energy, we just can't get it out yet

The power to this circuit comes from an alternator which is across s stainless steel capacitor with water between its plates.The dielectric water itself provides the charge to charge up the capacitor and create the high voltage .This charge comes from the hydrogen and hydroxyl ions.The more charge that flows the more the voltage builds up and the more ion's are pulled out of water solution.The alternator acts as the pulse frequency generator just 0-5 volts across the rotor is all thats needed!

you call me close minded fool? when i say that you can not produce more power than the power you put in?.. Cant you use your brain a little bit at least? What do you get if what he sais really work.. yes you get a machine that creates energy out of nothing, a machine that can run for ever by it self! Why do we have nuclear and coal power plants? we can close all those down and replace it with this???? why isnt this done already?? this would be the ultimate machine.. THINK!!! DUH!!!! Use google.
