If you touch liquid Nitrogen it doesn't burn your finger. And if it drops on your hand it will dropping very qick from your hand down and it happening nothig. But important is that you don't wear cloth on this parts (hands).

Liquid nitrogen is not dry is you idiot. Dry ice is solid CO2, liquid nitrogen is N(l).
