Skip the PhysX card, just go grab an 8800 GS, GT, GTS, GTX or 9 series card. It supports physx

just cause a game has uber gfx doesnt mean its good, good example of this is Crysis and to be honest, UT3. Find half-life 2 (and episodes) be only game that has good graphics and good gameplay (only that remember at the moment) though of course always look for the new games coming with great graphics - far cry 2, left 4 dead etc

lolol, what are you saying? gears of war'ish graphics? man, GoW is based on this exact engine, the UT3 engine ^^ so GoW has the UT3 look, not the other way round xD
