Where do you get this information? It has been disqualified because of these crashtests. You cant buy them in the EU.

Actually, it appears that they have.It's just that they are making everything crumple instead of just the front.But, I think that this problem has more to do with bad craftsmanship (poor welds, etc.) and inferior materials (inferior steel).
