The fact that the light obscures the post it passes by at 3min15s into the video means it would have to have been a very close, small object if it was, in fact, anything more than light on the camera lens. Perhaps reflected by a source inside the lens? I have no interest in this stuff but was hoping someone might be able to tell me if there are any videos of an object that looks like concentric circles of light of varying intensities, with something that looks like lightning flashing around it?

unless these objects so clear for eye to judge they'll remain fake as many people can easily build such flying objects

I think it might be an airship...judging by the light level it looks like the sun is low and reflecting off the side of it.
