We have it also in Italy(Rome is full ofthem near the monuments..They use this system for the limited traffic zone or similar.

I'm American, and I recently visited Oxford where I saw a sign warning of "Rising Bollards." I had no idea what they were - thanks for the video!

Oh okay, I get it. I live in Britian and have never seen them. Now I know you said only Buses, but how come a Post Van can go through too? Or are they allowed also. And wouldn't it be easier for them to have a sign with no cars on it. |
