while you did indeed list 3 of the greatest albums of all time, the Kinks later work stands up very well, Father Christmas, State of Confusion, Around the Dial, Do it Again, Sleepwalker, Scattered, and especially the albums of Schoolboys in Disgrace and Soap Opera deserve additional hearings, Ray's wit really shines through from 1975-1977 in those great rock albums. |
