Been there a few times, and the Dutch have to be the most warm and easy-to-get-along with people I've ever met. Most visitors were well behaved and conducted themselves well..except of course for the young American douche bags who cant drink like adults.I dont get what the deal is with these college types needing to yell out, "WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOO F#CK YEAH!!!" in the middle of the street.Smoke your herb, be polite, have a few beers, sit back, be cool and watch the girls go by.

And legal here does not mean its normal. It's also strange if you go to a whore here but you are not a criminal thats the only differents with others country's... We don't like to be a criminel for things that's not nessesary. Besides the reason why in the most country's soft-drugs and prostitution be ilegal is because the people are more religious than here in the netherlands and we all know: religious means restrictions (if you like it or not) !
