RHCP didn't rip anything off Mr. Bungle. Mr. Bungle's album was titled "California", not "Californication", and the albums were supposed to be released the same day.

Whats a joke is that you think Red Hot Chili Peppers came up with that term, it was first coined in that 1970s by a Times article. So its not Mr. Bungle or RHCP, it was far before that.
