I am a British paraplegic owing to a RTA. I cannot begin to explain how vulverable paralysed people feel at the prospect of falling out of their wheelchair as after time our bones lose their strength and become brittle. This cruel officer should without doubt face a grevious bodily harm charge and the amused white officer walking away laughing, his job for life. Obviously both officers must feel that they are well above the law themselves.

patti....ignorance gets you nowhere. yes the guy shouldn't have been drinking and driving...but the simple fact that Charlotte Marshall Jones dumped him (a man with no use of his legs) out of a wheelchair is a disgrace and a slap in the face of humanity. she should have gone to jail for assault.

"He maybe faking it", even if he WAS faking it (which he WASN'T), you don't treat another human being that way, patti2822. There are MANY other ways you can see whether or not this paraplegic is faking it and then frisk him besides dumping him on his face. As for any offensive comments he might or might not have made, that doesn't justify her behavior REGARDLESS. Stop defending this rabid dog of a cop.
