Thanks for another old friend who used to run the Lineville Sub (he was usually a night visitor by Lineville) but caught him a few times. I also have that "Spirit of Nashville" loco on my photo collection.

I think the only "Spirit" logo's on EMD units are on the SD70MAC's.I saw a couple units that had their doors open tryin to get a breeze. It was hot!

Nice find with the Nashville unit. I didn't realize they named any EMD units. I thought that was just held for the GE widenoses.It looks like the AC might be out on that lead unit. |
