tiredbla there are movies from the sight from the German and Russian side just look it up sometime I don't know about the UK or Jap side though

The reason due to this is because when the US joined the Allied side, they altered the course of the war causing a somewhat stalemate to the Allied side winning and usually they make movies on them because they are mainly seen as the war heroes in WW2 pretty much because of what I typed above

Its really sad how people forget that the UK played a big role in the war. They were one of the nations who fought germany from the beginning and held out. I really would like to see a movie of the sight of the British, Germans,Japs or Russians. Nearly every WW2 movie shows Americans fighting and how "good" they were etcetc. I never saw a movie of the southern front btw. Im sure if this way of thinking continue then we soon have Americans Airbornes dropping in Stalingrad or in Berlin :p

nice 1 matei think its funny the way hollywood always tries to paint england out of the picture, in nearly every ww2 film there's always a scene where the british are bad mouthed by the yanks lol. as my grandfather used to say "war was hell, if you aint getting killed by the germans, your getting killed by the yanks behind you" they should put that in the films. ask any british ww2 vet and not 1 of them will rate the yanks. oh well i guess they cant change the history books

Dont forget the yanks were well paid for their armaments, and manpower/raw materials. The UK just paid the US back for ww2 last year. Some allies!, perhaps Britain should send the US a bill for our envolvement in everything they have dragged us into ever since.Korea, Afganistan, Iraq x2. Too much Holywood propeganda on ww2, and the US believe it.

you forgot to mention about the russian troops who raped children as young as 7yo and murderd them and the same for old women, in the book ( berlin the downfall by antony beevor ) it tells of dying women being raped. while the husband is made to watch? sick as hell

ask a child who won the war and they will say the usa? i thought it was a joint effort, im not saying that the uk were the best but we gave the germans 1 hell of a fight while the usa were still deciding to back up the uk or hitler. and it was the english who cracked the enigma code and saved 10000's of american lifes by passing on info on german positions. for ex, the positions of u boats etc.i heard that america is making a film about gi's kicking ass in stallingrad and saving the russians lol
