Such an amazing compilation of mulical artistry and melody! Pure genius.P.S. The sound of one of the guitars has a very electronic and "new age" feel to it, great stuff!

I had a chance to play this piece (and others) with him in the eighties. He has a way to pull you "in" with him. You actually play better when you play with him. It's like playing next to a human engine.

Nothing surprises me with Al! I've been lucky enough to have seen him with John Mclaughlin and Paco De Lucia, and in Return to Forever with Lenny White, Stanley Clarke, and of course, Chick Corea. It was for me a life-changing occasion, I never viewed live concert performances the same since. |
