Many cops are sociopathic personalities who have no sense of moral right or wrong. Well, some do, as the suicide rate for police is twice that of ordinary people, and they know that offing themselves is the best thing for them to do. If a cop is going to kill himself, support him and offer him 15 more beers on top of the 12 he already drank with his "medicine", and be sure that his gun is loaded and handy for him.
