It's not so much the bass that's loud by another guitar that is playing the sixth string notes like a bass. It's reverb-drenched and really this is the greatest surf song of all time!

Great song even though they´re not playing. The dance is dumb, makes them look like idiots. The Shadows used to do the same silly dance... why?

The bass guitar highlighted so loud was such a good trick and it sounds awesome. In France the Shadows were more popular but how can I forget this track. The song peaked at #4 in the Billboard.
