You couldn't pay me enough money to go to the P&L District. Parking, crime, and a "dress code". Give it a few years, it'll be back to good ole' vacant downtown.

great coverage, but seriously...it's like Oak Park Mall had a bar court instead of a food court. still trying to figure out when KC decided it needed to be "more LA".
