What about the overwhemlingly Yale graduates in government, particularly the President. Shall we stop and get rid of Yalies. While I think Regent graduates and the ilk should not be considered for such high ranking positions, the real source of our trouble is America's lack of knowledge of how government works. We would probably see a greater sense of outrage and greater participation in our democracy if we just all had lessons in "Civics". And, maybe, we wouldn't be in this conundrum.

Miller hits a home run with this one. He is ABSOLUTELY correct. It will be a miracle of this nation survives this assault on every principle that made us a free nation. The Theocrats support the GOP with whom its made a bargain. The GOP, however, is not a political party. It's a criminal conspiracy.

warren, he says stewart's and maher's ATTITUDE about this issue, is dangerous. Watch it again.

jon stewart and bill maher shows = 'profoundly dangerous'?! Come on!! I've read all your books, but i've got to say i think this is an unfair estimation of both comedians - they help expose the facade of this administration...by your thesis here, we need to do away with humor with regards to serious topics -as a comedian, that scares me more than bush!

"If you want to tell people the truth, make them laugh, otherwise they'll kill you."-Oscar WildeIn my opinion, that's what Bill Maher was doing. It's easier to stomach that way.

If you like this, watch the speech by Chris Hedges on my channel in favorite "To Tolerate.." It's fantastic. Well worth the time.

We need to hear much more of this... THIS is Truth. Articles have been written about the threat to the American way of life for at least ten years. It's about time. The brand of Christianity promoted since the Reagan years by the politically-oriented fundamentalists is hazardous to Democracy and more so, to the stability of the world's economy and environment of the earth. They seek destruction, and their success is our enormous failures... apocalyptic, as he says, and subsersive.
