Yes it does! When I first played GTA4 with a friend of mine, I could hardly believe it! Terry Riley is awesome, but I think he's not very well known, though he could be referred as THE inventor of minimal music. [Of course this has nothing to do with a lot of the bullshit called 'minimal techno' etc. (not everything but most is... let's say clutter).]

xcuse me if i'm square, but is there a connect between GTA4 and this cut/terry riley? I know they got better tunes for #4, but if this is on there, God Damn, boss! Makes me want to go run over a bunch of muhphukaz on the sidewalk and blast people in the face with the shotie. All the while being at one with it through the anhilating of the sense of diversity music of terry riley.
