Most of them are nice and friendly... Then they're hypnotised by certain triggers... as soon as something sets them off they go ape shit and start asping and tasing and all sorts of BS that shouldn't be legal under the consitution.

Wonderful.I think for the most part that most cops are like this guy...there's just SO many people now that there are a bunch of bad cops that ruin the reputation of the rest of them...
