I have been telling my boyfriend that I want to go somewhere to try Thai food, and we haven't found a restaurant close enough. I think we'll just make it! Your recipes look soooo yummy! :)

For your health consideration avoid using foil, heating foil will transfer certain amount of lead into your food. You don't want that lead into your food , don't you? Use bamboo skewers or surgical stainless steel skewer instead.

Why does everyone think that peanut sauce is Thai? go to Thailand and no one will even know what peanut sauce is! There are Thai peanut based dipping sauces, but they are NOT made with mud like peanut butter. Try roasting some peanuts and chopping them up. A little more effort, but the easy way out isn't always the best.
