Hmmm... as a Londoner I feel that 'ghetto' includes those who act ghetto even if they're not. British ghetto people probably wouldn't agree with me, though, lol. I suppose in the USA 'ghetto' has a stronger meaning.

Well I don't think she was ghetto, but Alex was sure as hell was, Sylvia and Charley not so sure. But I live in the States so I don't know the difference between ghetto there compared to here.
