Damn right I believe in bigfoot over god. At least with bigfoot there's footprints and pictures. It amazes me that so many people believe in god yet laugh at people who believe in ufos (even though there are thousands of photos and videos). See its perfectly reasonable to not believe in ufos, but yet you utterly refuse to use that same skeptism toward your religion.

The only reason you believe in god is because the overwhelming majority of people around you growing up told you too. No one has ever had any evidence of god... If you are going to take the bible seriously why not greek mythology as well? Zeus was a pimp god who turned into different animals to fornicate with women. While his wife Hera unleashed her wrath on all the girls zeus seduced... These stories are not a far cry from noah's ark bud.

It amazes me that many people don't believe in God, because they can't see him. No evidence. Yet, these same people will believe in Big Foot, superstitious garbage, conspiracy theories and other things that have such credibility and value, meh.Go worship your scientists and technology that have just such an amazing reliability factor.

well considering your name with the doomsday in it. Doesn't really sound like a good life thinkin that jesus will come right before the world will end and save you from the rapture. Or do you just want everyone whos not a 'good' christian to be left below and killed? I'm sorry if the doomsday in your name is just a name and not to do with religion but Dawkins has had enough with religions free ride and immunity in society.

The U.S. was founded on John Locke's philosophy of liberalism and Baron de Montesquieu's philosophy of seperation of powers.Religion does not come in anywhere. Anyone who says it does never went into a history class.

Where do all these theists get the idea that the United States is a Christian nation founded on Christianity? Do they not realize that "In God We Trust" and "one nation under God" came long after the founding of the country, and most importantly, do they not comprehend the clear implication of the first amendment regarding separation of church and state? Some people really need to take a US history class...

It absolutely is a religion. Go and read the book "The Real Lincoln" it talks about what he really thought, and how he killed the Indians because they weren't a fully evolved race. And look at our central banking system. It is full of one wold government evolutionists, who think if you aren't rich you are just a weak breed....GET A GRIP ON REALITY! You haven't read his book. Dawkins talks about the shifing "moral zeitgeist" to a more compassionate society DESPITE religious texts to the contrary. And, knowing that this is the only life we have should be all the more reason to help others, because it is the only life they have.
