Short term all of these activities wont have much of an impact but i think the message is probably getting through to the younger children about these problems which are being addressed in schools across the country. most of the current bunch of thugs will probably be criminals for life though

It seems many people have been moved by this film. It's creator should be justifiably pleased. This film has been in circulation for almost four months. The TV show's were informative and interesting. The anti knife march in London at the weekend was presumably a positive experience for those involved.Has any of this reduced violent crime in the UK?

Most of the crimes are commited with illegal guns which means you can hardly prevent gun crime by banning guns...if u outlaw guns only outlaws will have them..Thats a fact.Crimes with legal guns are rare.U cant take guns from thousand of innocent people to try to stop criminals with ilegal guns.Thanks god i dont live in the uk.Its not a free country anymore.The gun bans did not help anythins just to eliminate freedom.I always excersive my right to keep and bear arms.Its a fundamental right.

We kill our worst offenders because in reality that is the only sure way to make sure they never offend again. Too many times have I seen child rapist's serve a minimal sentence in prison only to be released later and rape yet another child. If it were my child I would not rest until that man paid in the fullest and I made sure he could never rape another child. It is better to strike down evil were it stands rather then let it exist and corrupt the innocent.

On the contrary those who recive the death penalty most often have already shown a lack of regard for life. the death penalty prevents them from ever being able to commit their disgusting acts of crime against humanity every again. An evil man who prey's on innocence for mere enjoyment or personal gain has no redeem ing qualities and his life is by far worth less than those he has murdered or raped.

There are very, very few people in this country who want to be allowed to hold things that can kill people in just a few seconds. Most people don't think having a gun is "sensibil"- you obviously do (despite the ten commandments if you believe in God) and that is ok but both this and the death penalty shows a lack of worth for life.

Well if crime is as low as you say in the US (which i'm not disputing) it baffles me as to why America (with its abundance of land compared to the UK) has no alternative but to kill its worst offenders.
