Alanis was pretty good,I like 4 of her songs..I miss Hole,Babes in Toyland and Juliana Hatfield...Courtney Love was pretty much fucked once Kurt died, however Celebrity Skin is one of my favorite albums ever.

They're everywhere still. Keep in mind this style of music was popular in the 90's (alt rock)period.. whether performed my males or females. There are still lots of great female rock chicks, but music has changed.. PJ Harvey, Bjork, Feist, the scores of women in "indie" rock bands nowadays...

You mean Veruca Salt sounds a lot like Hatfield. Louise Post cites Juliana as one of her influences. ;^P

Catchy song, but a great performer. Hatfield sounds a lot like Veruca Salt, but you gotta love her

Looking straight into the camera, playing rock. Isn't that the future success for Juliana Hatfield?

Yes its true, she's been putting out music for over 20 years now, and really hasnt been any long span of time where she hasnt put out new material right up to nowadays. Talented she definitely is.... |
