Yeah the kid woulda done well with a little dicipline but not like that. Kids who are down syndrome or mentally challenged do know what is right and wrong. They're taught that, they are not stupid. But still, that bus driver coulda done without the violence. A mild talk and proper explination would possible have solved this matter. I really hope she's serving time for that.
