Aw rats! I was hoping like crazy that you had one and was getting set to do some knitting demos. Oh well, we can't have everything now can we. Can't wait for your next set of videos. I do really enjoy them all. Warmest regards, Shari

Sorry, I won't be making any videos on electronic knitting machines as I don't own one and do not intend buying one any time soon!

Hi Susie:Have you any idea of doing a series on Electronic knitting machine(s). You've done such a wonderful job of demoing all the punch cards and various techniques. Keep up the good work. You have quite a fan club out here. I watch all the time.

You need to use a lace carriage to make true lace but you can use the normal carriage to do punch lace.I have used my yarn changer but only a couple of times.I think you need to use the Knitmaster/Singer punchcards with your lace carriage as they aren't the same as the Brother ones.

Very interesting. Were you able to knit lace on this km with the same carriage? . . . How do you like your Knitmaster 700? I got a LC260/360 carriage for my Singer 700 and it works fine, except I haven't mastered fashion lace -- it keeps messing up. Maybe because I have Brother lace cards! Have you used your yarn changer? Sheila in Raleigh :-)

This is wonderful! I just got a Singer 700, asm waiting on parts, and can't wait to use my punchcard. I had no idea of the versatility. Thanks, Susy! Sheila in Raleigh :-)

Hi Aaron, I used invisible thread that I bought off ebay. It's meant for sewing machines or sergers I think but it works fine for the punch lace.

Right on Susan! Thanks so much for taking the time to show us interesting new things. I'm going to have to try punch lace now. What kind of string should I use?Peace,Aaron

Thank you very much for showing your video. It was really interesting seeing the different effects the one punchcard can achieve. |
