I'm sorry, I said Greg Rich was making them. Actualy, Johnson commisioned G.R. to make them.Carolina On My MindThe Carolina series of guitars were designed for Johnson by Greg Rich using construction techniques inspired by 1930s, pre-war acoustic guitars. They feature fully scalloped forward X-bracing for increased bass and treble response. The square headstock and butterbean tuners also lend a traditional appearance to the guitars.

It's a "Johnson" Carolina Dreadnaught. Patterned after a pre-war Martin. Greg Rich who was the luthier for Gibson is making them in China.
