why did gulliani mention 9-11 every two seconds thinkin it would take him all the way to the white house? bidens attacking him? um how about trying to straighting him out by speakin what most people were thinking "we know you were a great leader for NY during 9/11 but you cant win the oval office on that alone!!" gulliani should have focused on the issues and maybe JUST MAYBE it would have gotten him some where.
