There have been major strides in technology since "Oops, I crapped my pants." Like a Brita filter for your panties, these activated carbon patches proclaim to eliminate the stench of flatulence. ## It may be a harmless and instinctive reflex for many men - but scratching your crotch has been outlawed in Italy. The country's Court of Appeal has issued a "hands-off" ruling which threatens to fine anyone caught touching or reshuffling below the belt. The ruling has sparked a backlash in Italy, where many touch themselves below for good luck - or when watching a hearse pass by. A 42-year-old man from Como had been appealing against a 200 euro fine for gross indecency last May, claiming he was innocently adjusting his overalls. ## [VIDEO] Talk about a sticky mess! I'm sure they don't want you doing it out in the open public where there are always people and cameras around, even hidden cameras. Find a secluded spot as much as possible. They shouldn't hold it against you if you do it in a hiding spot where nobody would consider looking. But as for those hidden cameras, what can you do if you don't know where a hidden camera is.
