Do you mean with the little script bar on unit select sheet? Because the only team I can seem to change the hostility of is the RACS/Independent. Or do you mean Bohemia's editing suite?

Use the editor to add weapons and to make the civilians hostile to US troops.

It's to do with the textures on models packaged with the game. A game limitation not the video maker's fault.
