"Fuchs" means "Fox" in German, which I think is actually a cute name for a dog, you know, aside from the whole "different species" kind of thing. Maybe he looked like a fox.

When you mentioned Agatha Christie's fictional characters Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple (Angela Lansbury having portrayed her on occasion), I was ECSTATIC!Yeah having a mum who loves Christie as an author, I grew up on murder mysteries on the BBC rather than Disney.
