with the whole reinactment of the French charge 2 things are wrong 1) the horse isnt a war horse its alot smaller and 2) Hes not wearing the 20kg of armour a French knight would have nor was the Horse armoured as it would have been by the French

The range of the crossbows and warbows depends quite on a bit of a variables. Usually the bolts were far heavier than the arrows, giving them immense momentum at the expense of range.
