I knew a guy that owned a Pacer back around 78, everytime I saw him driving it his first comment would be, "I finally got this sucker running again!" I'll never forget that.

Wonderful car! My first car was a 63 American. I love AMCs and owned many over the past 35 years. Had a 68 Rebel Convertible but sold it in a moment of weakness. I currently have a nice 1983 Concord DL (Last of the breed). I will be looking for a 60s era AMC in the near future. Thanks for the ride :)

Heh...well, when I finally GET my Pacer back on 'er springs, I will! Have a leaf spring disconnected, hopefully will have it fixed by spring '07.
