the peoples of the british isles arent the real celts the celtiberians are the real celts ...the peoples of the british isles are britons who spoke a language akin to ancient welsh but over the centuries there has been many invasions and cultural shifts that made us into what we are today.incedentally the term celts with reference to us was not coined untill the 1700's
