James Coleman's frozen mid-air still shot in the opening credits might be the coolest shot of any actor in the history of television. I remember doing this stuff off my deck in the early 80's.

Yo, godanp, who cares if Rod Perry didn't do his own stunts? Deacon Kay was Hondo's main man. He was the best character on the show. Perry came back in 2003 to play the role of Deke's (LL Cool J) father in the movie. And guess who drove the command vehicle?
