One of the best movie ever made! Great acting, story, music, and setting. I can't believe this wasn't nominated for Best Picture. And it lost Best Original Screenplay to Good will Hunting? C'mon that script sucked! Boogie Nights should have won.

Eddie's recrutiment and premiere was done at 17 years old. Before the "child protection act" of 1978....technically illegal. If you find any questionable reels in a crawlspace of an old house....tell no one!!!!

nothing compares to this movie-by far one of the best flicks ever made. brilliant cast, brilliant soundtrack, and brilliant recognition of the times. 5 STARS!
