When you think about it, this is really just classic Bruce singing in a small venue. Sure the band is bigger, but this is a style that would have fit just perfectly into a venue like the Stone Pony!

I think Bruce has gotten waaaay too much crap for this record and the tour that followed it. Sure, it's not with the ESB, but that doesn't mean it isn't good. I mean, c'mon, people. When's the last time Mick Jagger had the guts to do something that was "outisde the box"?There are many reasons they call Bruce "The Boss". One of them is that he does what he wants with his music... Screw the Billboard Chsrts and screw the radio-stations. The Boss is gonna he what he wants to do!
