ha! i remember me and my "angst" when i was a teen way back when. man. i can imagine the good old days of the great lyricists. i mean i even recall rnb lyrics with sense, u know? like the ones boyz2men did? its true nowadays the terms rnb n hiphop just dont give justice to their history. it comforts me even though the grunge era has passed that rock and roll will always give importance to song lyrics and percussions. go '90s.

I have to say, I have been a huge silverchair fan since I was a teenager and although they have gone on to do songs with a different sound and a different kind of lyrics I still have a adamant respect for the classic silverchair. Rock on!

My point exactly! Everything in the radio IS lame! I agree 100%. But think of myself as an MC that true to real Hip Hop. I'll never like Lil Wayne, Soulja boy, or none of that TRASH they're playing right now. I've been more into 90's rock and alternative since 2006 because the radio stations are retarded! The bands of today aren't half as good, but it's easier to listen to them rather than this corny ass bubble gum version of Hip Hop they're playing today. Seriously...

everything on the radio that comes on, Including hip hop is lame and ingenuine...only the underground stuff stil has real substance

Thank you, finally someone who gets it, silverchair is a band in its self stop comparing them and just accept they have a great style. Go the chair

I don't think it's the worst, but it sure made me want to throw some sailors overboard.

he didn't actually- he was a huge fan of pearl jam though and his voice in their demos before frogstomp sounded mush more vedder than Kurt |
