Hey shep, ive been practicing for about a week now, but for 2 days now ive been finding it hard to find the vibrations. They aren't coming to me. Is there anything you can suggest?

hey Sperma, when you want to return just wiggle your toe. Whamo! you will be back. Use a protection prayer before you start. it can help you relax and reduce your fears.i.e. "I am covered in a White Protecting Light. Only I can depart and enter this body." Good luck.

Well many can't astral project, maybe you have some fear or inhabitions about going out of body, try to relax more and quite the consious mind but counting backward from 300 till it seems peaceful, if we are to aware it is hard to get out. You must have faith in you spirits abilities. Shep.

man, when ever i try to get out i pull my arm up and then i "shoot" back in my body i jerk and my eyes pop open im almost able to do it im so close. any ideas why?and btw i love you videos thanks for posting them

No that is not possible, you cannot break the silver cord it on breaks after death and no you cannot swap bodies with someone else, but if you spiritual it is possible to some extent to share yourself with someone very open and close who is also very aware spiritually. I have done this just once with a girl friend it was great, I could feel her mind and emotions. Shep.

Is it possible to interact from the astral into the physical world? Can we break the cord and swap bodies with someone else?

No you will always return to your body you are always attached to the physical body by what is called the silver cord, it will guide you back to the body, good luck. shep.
