Thanks! I rest my case now. But maybe the more appropriate term is "kinesthesia" rather than proprioception.

"Sense of distance is not yet defined in scientific circles."It is well defined. It is called proprioperception. People who lose this sense are unable to control their movements, and are usually bound to a wheelchair, even though their muscles are in perfect condition.

wht im trying to dsy is best summed up in my teacher's words,"you need to feel the distsnce", so you really dont need extra sensory perception you just need to remember how the note's distances realted to each other. |
