I dont think so, because: allmost everi serbian or croatian or slovenian name ends on -ic, pronounced /ich/;drag (draghici)means on every slavic language kind,nice; and tesla means a carpenter, a man who make sth from wood; And he was a Serb born in Croatia, which was a part of Austria-Hungary at that time.
