They are just big 1.5v batteries so you could use them with some slight modifications

Yeah, I thought of that, but then I thought that perhaps some of the voltage leaked out of all those crammed-in AAs... and then I thought that perhaps some of the 32 AAs might be disconnected and there only as spares... and then I thought... OK, I'm joking. I didn't think of the voltage at all. Doh!Thanks for the compliment, nonetheless.

nice job on video, no to be mean but AA batteries are 1.5 volts and if you times that by 32 um you get is 48 volts!! so and the battery is only ment to be 6, so it kinda busted there. if i were you i would make more testing differnt brands!!!!!!! great job =o

Thanks! I only made this video on a whim, to show a couple friends. I had no idea it would be watched so many times. I don't have plans to make any more, but you never know. ;)

lol I'd be too scared to cut it open with a saw, too :P And it would be fun to see what's inside those 4 silver batteries (the huge ones), but there's the risk that it's just acid :P

I opend the same one to see if it was true. my dad told me he did the same thind when he was a kid and said there where 4 large1.5 volt batteries and he was right. |
