um we like to keep our history around not just tear it down and build something bigger anmd better thats why a lot of places may seem "3rd world"

best description for south italy and most of the rest of south europe would be 'second world'. def not first world. not quite 3d world. there are 4th and 5th worlds too. not all of what we call 3d world is really so. there are different levels of poverty and lack of development that aren't quite summed up in our simple 1st and 3d worlds.

ever been there sure theres water and electric but its 50 yrs behind the rest of europe thats why theres so many italians in new york they all originally came from those places. organized crime is rampant there so is corruption on par with mexico thats what i meant
